Practicalities

I offer a free 30 minute face to face appointment so that you can tell me a bit about what you may be looking for and we can see how it feels to be in the room together.  If we decide to begin, we will have six sessions initially, taking place once per week on the same day and time for one hour.  After this, we can review to see if we both feel that the work is progressing well. Core Process Psychotherapy is open ended and can continue for as long as is needed.

I adhere to the Karuna Institute and UKCP codes of ethics, and my work is fully supervised and insured. In supervision I always ensure that my clients’ identities are protected.

The Space

I work from a therapy room at my home address in Downend, South Gloucestershire.  I am easily accessible by car, bike or public transport, being close to the M32 motorway which leads into Bristol.  There is free on street parking and I am close to the main Downend high street where there are shops and cafes.

Fees

I currently charge £40 per hour, a reduced rate because I am a trainee.
